If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team at 1-800-841-4522 as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed.
To help us assist you quickly, please provide your order number and/or account number.
If your order has already been processed, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation. In that case, you will be able to return the item once it is delivered according to our return policy.
