How do I send my handpiece in for repair?

To schedule a package pick up for handpiece repair contact our Customer Service at 1-800-363-3838 or email repairsCanada@brasselerusa.com.

You will need to fill out a service request to include in the package. You can find that here.

Once you have contacted Brasseler Canada for a package pickup you will need send your handpiece(s) to Brasseler Canada Repair Dept using these instructions.

1. Sterilize each piece of equipment according to the operation manual.

2. Pack equipment in sturdy box with plenty of padding to handle shipping to our facility. (DO NOT package equipment in paper or bubble envelopes). Ensure that a copy of the service request is inside the box.

3. Remove or invalidate any old bar/QR codes present on the box, if applicable, by scratching them out with a black marker or putting a blank sticker over them.

4. Write Brasseler on the box and leave it at the front desk.

5. An employee of “ICS Courier” will come the next business day, with the new waybill and will affix it to your package.
